What do Cecille B. DeMille, Roy Rogers, Joseph Bonner, and a famous ghost all have in common? They’ve all been a part of Washington, NC’s history. Stuck in the 1770s-1950s, this town is (and continues to be) impeccably restored as though you’re time traveling while walking down the street.

Since 1728, Middleburg has (mostly) been a place of peaceful respite for the well-to-do, as well as the most renowned hunt and steeplechase area in the country. Every time we go, we never want to leave.

Omaha, Nebraska is one of those cities you never knew you needed to visit, until you do. The historic buildings, the food scene, the parks, and all there is to see and do make for a great weekend!

Kansas City had been on a “places in the U.S. to visit” list for a long time, and we finally got there. After the wild success of the movies, Warner Brothers decided to showcase the sets, props, costumes, and so much more on their own lot. Whether you’re fan or not, it is a must-do, right outside of London!
